Warren W. Abbott, 805 N.E. 70th Avenue, died at his home Thursday. Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Gables Funeral Home, with burial in Lincoln Memorial Park.
Born October 23, 1867 in Winona, Minnesota, the 88-year-old man lived in Portland 68 years. He retired in 1940 following 50 years service with Northern Pacific Railway and Portland Traction Company where he was in charge of air brake service.
Survivors include two sons, Irvin of U. S. Air Force and Harold of San Jose, California; a daughter, Ethel Hill, Portland; a sister, Mrs. J. A. Chilton, Redlands, California; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
