Julia is the 3rd child of William Tucker & Matilda Payet. The wife of William E Childs, Mother of Neale.

MRS.W.CHILDS DIES SUDDENLY

FORMER JULIA TUCKER LIVED IN CLEVELAND
-------------------------------------------------

Mrs. William Childs, the former Julia Tucker, of Mount Clemens, died suddenly Sunday evening at her home in Cleveland, Ohio, where she had lived for 40 years.
Mrs. Childs was born Nov,Capt.William Tucker, decedent of the first white man to settle in this area, and his wife Matilda.
Mr. and Mrs. Childs moved to Cleveland in the early 1900's , several years after their marriage here.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Childs is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fred Wetherell, and a grandson, Billy Wetherell , of Cleveland; a sister, Mrs. Amos Peltier, of Mount Clemens, and a brother, Arthur Tucker, of Dearborn.
Funeral services will be held in Mount Clemens at 10 am. Wednesday in St.Peter's Catholic Church, with burial in St.Peter's Catholic cemetery. Th body will lie in state at LaCroix and Groesbeck Funeral Home from Tuesday afternoon until the time of the services.
