Zelma Hazel Adair, 79, a resident of Potlatch, Idaho, passed away Tuesday evening, Sept. 11, 2012, at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho.

She was born Oct. 18, 1932, at Rupert, Idaho, to Ralph and Margaret (Adams) Seal. She attended her schooling at Rupert. She married Cecil J. Lee and the couple was later divorced. She married Neil H. Adair on April 24, 1958, at Moscow, and the couple made their home at Potlatch. Mrs. Adair worked as a seamstress most of her life. She worked at Creighton Clothing Store in Moscow and Nirk Archery north of Potlatch sewing quivers for the company. She later worked for Emporium and Wal-Mart in Moscow. Mr. Adair died in 1996. Zelma enjoyed sewing, crocheting and her family.

Survivors include five sons, Curtis Lee (Sharon) of Blaine, Wash., Randy Lee (Nikki) of Coolin, Idaho, Stacey Adair (Kathy) of Moscow, Lanny Adair of Lewiston, Idaho, Dan Adair (Linda) of Clarkston, Wash.; two daughters, Debbie Kerns (James) and Robin Kammeyer, both of Potlatch; seven brothers, Udell Seal of Rupert, Richard Seal of Elko, Nev., Larry Seal of Quartzsite, Ariz., Johnny Seal of Twin Falls, Idaho, Jerry Seal of Enumclaw, Wash., Donald Seal of Wendover, Nev., and Bruce Seal of Nampa, Idaho; and three sisters, Maurine Smiley of Heyburn, Idaho, Darlene Frankenburg of Boise, Idaho, and Betty Adams of Burley, Idaho. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Melburn Seal; and a sister, Mabel Glassburn.
