John W. Drumwright

John W. Drumwright, 75, husband of Blanche Games Bristow Drumwright, died at a local hospital yesterday morning at 10:30 o'clock after a long illness. He was a native of Albemarle county and had lived in Norfolk for the last 35 years.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sarah A. Dare of Norfolk, and Mrs. Martha J. Stewart of Decatur, Ill.; a brother, George H. Drumwright of Newport News and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, 436 Thirty-fifth street, tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Rev. E. A. Brosnan, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic church, will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood cemetery.

Drumwright.—Funeral services for Mr. Drumwright, whose death occurred Tuesday, were conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, 436 Thirty-fifth street yesterday morning at 11 o'clock, the Rev. E. A. Broanan, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church, officiating. There was a large attendance and the floral offerings were many. Pallbearers were Arthur S., Charles E., Fred H., and Albert P. Drumwright, Narwood Bristow, Lemuel F. Games, Thomas N. Fentress and Willis V. Fentress. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
