Algonac, Oct. 3 --- Funeral services for Norman A. Phelps, 45, former Pointe Tremble resident, were held from the family residence, 7415 Charlevoix Avenue, Detroit, Tuesday afternoon, followed by burial here in Oakland cemetery. Rev. F.A. Shape of the Church of Christ, Algonac, officiated.
Mr. Phelps was well known here. He was born at Pointe Tremble March 31, 1883, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Phelps.
He is survived by his widow, one son, Robert, and his mother, besides one brother, Joseph Phelps, Jr. of Pointe Tremble, and four sisters, Mrs. William Taft and Mrs. Albert Avers, Pointe Tremble, and Mrs. Henry Aspemleiter, both of Mrs. Henry Aspemleiter, both of Detroit.
