The only surviving daughter of 10 children born to Larkin Guy and Lena Everly in Muhlenburg County, KY. SHe married Geroge Gobel Culbertson of KY at the age of 18. Stepmother to Billy & Loretta, they had six children, (Lena) Earlene, Charles, Shirley, (Barbara) Jeannie, Judy, & Lawrence. They moved to Chicago with the first three children and began a new life. Goerge died in 1953 at the age of 52 and she forged on and became a licensed practical nurse. She died in 1996 survived by all six children and many grandchilren and great grandchildren. She was a kind loving person with a great sense of humor. She is dearly missed with every passing day.
