Mark Allen Bosier
Mark Allen Bosier, 42, of Nampa, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2003, at Henry's Lake, Idaho, on a weekend fishing trip, a spot he loved, with his beloved wife and best friend Amy at his side.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, at Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
Mark was born Aug. 2, 1960, in San Luis Obispo, Calif. to Kenneth A. and Dorothy L. Bosier. Mark graduated from Vallivue High School in 1979. He then spent the next eight years in the U.S. Army, serving two tours in Germany and in Ft. Carson, Colo. Mark returned to the Treasure Valley after his honorable discharge, and for the past eight years was a glass manager for Asqueta Glass Co.
He was an avid outdoorsman, loved boating and fishing, and enjoyed NASCAR racing and restoring classic Chevy pickups.
Mark is survived by his wife, Amy Bosier of Nampa; two wonderful sons, Tyler Allen Bosier and Timothy Richard Bosier, both of Meridian; a beloved step-daughter, Amber Evans of Nampa; sister, Debbie Renee Hofstetter of Paso Robles, Calif.; brother, Michael Kenneth Bosier of Caldwell; father, Kenneth A. Bosier and stepmother, Jerrie L. Bosier of Island Park, Idaho; mother, Dorothy Terry of Depoe Bay, Ore.; his wonderful dog and companion, Murphy; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A viewing will be available at Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel today, Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28, from 4 to 8 p.m.
