Julius H. Kasover, CLU, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, August 27, 2012. He was born on February 21, 1921. He was preceded in death by his son, George Kasover. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis R. Kasover. He graduated from Lee High School in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Montgomery with his family. He has a degree in insurance from Stetson University and was a member of the Presidential Million Dollar Round Table. He retired from Prudential and became an agent for TransAmerica.

Mr. Kasover was a president of the Sertoma Club in Montgomery, a Shriner and a 32nd Scottish Rite Mason that traveled all around the state of Alabama putting on Masonic Degrees.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, August 29th in Greenwood Cemetery with Rabbi Scott Kramer officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Agudath Israel Etz Ahayem Synagogue, Cloverdale Rd., Montgomery, AL.
