Hallsboro -- Clifford Nickolus Richards, 60, died Thursday in Columbus County Hospital in Whiteville after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 4 PM in Hallsboro Baptist Church with the Rev, Clyde Yates officiating. Burial will be in Flynn cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ella Flynn Richards; a son, C. W. Richards; three daughters, Miss Dorothy Richards, Mrs. James Rich and Mrs. Herman Cain, all of Hallsboro; his mother Mrs. N. W. Richards of Currie; three brothers, Wallace Richards, Roy Richards, Marvin Richards, all of Currie; and six grandchildren.
