Mrs. Grimes was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She married Patrick Grimes on June 2, 1947 in Ireland.
He predeceased her on March 25, 1999. She is survived by her children, Maggie (Jim) Marvin, Cathy (Thad) Mackillop, and Pete (Pat) Grimes as well as 10 grandchildren, Heather (Rich) Kruczynski, Shaun, Joey, Brian, Ashley, Kyle, Nathan, Anna, Claire and Nicholas. She is also suvived by her siblings, Frances (Richard) Golden, Clifford Morse, Catherine Rasnake and Mary Jane.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her grandson, Jimmy Marvin, in 2004 and siblings, Dennis, Patrick, Peter & Michael Morse and Marie Vaillancourt.
Burial will be in White Chapel Cemtetery, Troy, MI.
