Mr. Alvin Bernard Ceaglske of Lakeland died Monday (March 13, 2000) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was 63.

Born in Duluth, Minn., he came to Lakeland from Decorah, Iowa, 12 years ago. He was an assistant manager for Phar-Mor Drugs and Big Lots. He was a Lutheran.

He is survived by his wife, Carol L. Ceaglske; sons, Scott Ceaglske, Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Brad Ceaglske, Arcadia, Wis.; daughter, Robin Schmidtnechy, Cochrane, Wis.; stepdaughters, Christine Oxley and Kelly Parrish, both of Lakeland; stepsons, Curtis Cowan, Tim Cowan and Mark Cowan, all of Lakeland; three sisters; one brother; 11 grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; sons, Scott of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Brad of Arcadia, Wis; a daughter, Robin Schmidtknecht of Waumadee, Wis; five grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and grandchildren of Lakeland; a brother, Gordon of Cedar Falls; sisters, Shirley Langan of Grants Pass, Ore., Beatrice Fransene of Two Harbors, and Colleen Reed of Ocean Park, Wash.

Service was in Oakleaf Funeral Home, Chapel Hills Garden, Dade City, Fla.
