Mr. Mark "Adam" Fouts, age 23, of Chatsworth passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Hamilton Medical Center. He was a member of the Fairy Valley Baptist Church.
Adam was preceded in death by his grandfather, Buddy Fouts.
Survivors include his "fiancée," Jussey Vick of Chatsworth; parents, Beverly & Eddie Cress and Mark Fouts, all of Chatsworth; sister, Elizabeth Fouts of Chatsworth; grandparents, Rev. William & Geneva Silvers and Laraine Caylor, all of Chatsworth; nephew, Christian Shayne-Adam Ingram.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Adam will be on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairy Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Cockburn, Rev. Dwight Scott, and Rev. Donnie Flood officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairy Valley Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 2:00-9:00 p.m.
