Grew up in Forest Park, Illinois. In WWII Thomas was a private in the 87th Golden Acorn Division, 347th Infantry, E Company. After the war he worked for the Spring Division of Borg Warner, in Bellwood Illinois. Married Sally October 1954. Lost his battle with cancer when he passed away.
