Sally was the first wife of James Bush, son of, William Bush (1758-1827). She was d/o Josiah Thrasher and Ann Bonar. She bore him three children: Mary Bush (the existence of Mary Bush is cited in a letter dated March 5, 1948 from Iva Hardin, Librarian of the Kentucky Historical Society, to the editor of the Falmouth, Kentucky Outlook.
