Everett E. Brack
Hutchinson - Everett E. Brack, 68, died Sunday, March 31, (1996 per SSDI), at his Hutchinson home.
He was born July 31, 1927 in Russell County, the son of Edward and Emma (Galliart) Brack.
He graduated from Dorrance High School in 1945. A Hutchinson resident since 1965, moving from Dorrance, he was a farmer in Russell County and machine operator for Master Machine Tools Inc., retiring in 1992.
He was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church and Loyal Order of the Moose No. 982, both of Hutchinson. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
On Sept. 10, 1949, he married Barnadine M. Steinle, at Wilson. She died July 18, 1975. On Feb. 4, 1977, he married Maudie L. Frye-Jewell at Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Les, Topeka; a daughter, Connie McNaul, Hutchinson; two step sons, Larry and Chester Jewell, both of Hutchinson; a brother, Orville, Great Bend; a sister, Shirley McWhirt, Russell; four grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, Hutchinson, with Pastor John E. Schroeppel officiating.
Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson.
Visitation will be until 9 p.m. today at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
