Survivors include his wife, Nancy (nee Zardzin); children, Ashley and Donielle; mother, Sally Maihack; brothers, Larry Maihack and David (Natalie) Maihack; sisters, Kathy (Steve) Bramati and Lori (Tim) Fabian; in-laws, Margaret and Tad Zardzin; sister-in-law, Susan (Jim) Lenox; and brother-in-law, David (Wendy) Zardzin.
