He was taken home to his Heavenly Father October 27, 2001 in a vehicular accident. He is survived by his parents Fredrick and Laura Mitchell, as well as his brother Ryan Fredrick, and sister Kelly Jean. Steven's work continues, and he grows in his heavenly home each day.
