Billie Dean Handley, age 80 of Electra, Texas died Sunday August 29, 2004. She was born August 26, 1924 in Rhome, Texas, a daughter of the late William and Vada King. She married Kenneth Handley in 1963 in Electra. She lived most of her life around Electra and on the Waggoner Ranch. She was a member of Rock Crossing Baptist Chruch and a past member of Rebecca Lodge. She was a secretary and retired credit manager at Hillcrest Clinic.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth Handley of Electra, two sons, Bob Cochran of Vernon, Texas, Steve Cochran of Duncan,OK; nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Jackie Cochran; several brothers, sisters, and cousins.
