Mrs. Nina Gertrude High
Mrs. Nina Gertrude High, 309 East Fairview Avenue, died at 7 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after an illness of four months.
She was born in Peru, Ind., April 17, 1879 and came here 50 years ago.
Her husband, Arthur, died in 1929.
Surviving are two children, Miss Lynwood, South Bend, and Lieut. Arthur, with the United States Air Force in Phoenix, Ariz.; one grandson; three sisters, and two brothers, Miss Harriet Cooney, James and Robert Cooney, all of Terre Haute, Ind.; Mrs. Esther Buzzard, Brazil, Ind., and Mrs. Irene Srof, of Portland, Ore.
She was a member of the First Christian Church for 50 years.
The body was taken to the Hollis chapel.
