Marna Henningsdotter Andersson (80) was the daughter of Henning Mansson (1731-1798) and Boel Nilsdotter (1747-1796). She was born in Tågra, Sövde, Malmöhus. She was christened on Dec. 11, 1791 in Tågra, Sövde, Malmohus, Sweden. Her mother died when Marna was 5 yrs. old and her father died when she was 6 yrs. old. I do not have a record of who took care of her after her parents died.
She married Lars Andersson on Dec. 27, 1814 when she was 23 yrs. old.
When Marna was 24 she had her first child, Boel, who only lived a little over a month. The next year her brother, Mans Henningsson died.
When Marna was 25 Boel Larsdotter was born who ended up marrying Lars Knutsson.(our ancestor)
Next two more sons were born, Marten Larsson and Mans Larsson. Then daughter Kjerstina Larsdotter was born and lived a week. The last daughter was Bengta Larsdotter who was born in 1827 and the last child, Anders Larsson was born when Marna was 40 years old.
When Marna was 47 her husband, Lars Andersson died. There was 13 years difference in age between the two. Lars was 61 yrs. old when he died. Marna however, lived to be 80 years old.
