Died aged 38 or 39 years, so evidently born about 1908 or 1909. He was 2 years old on the 1910 census (Census Day 15 APR 1910). So (if accurate) this indicates he would have been born between 16 APR 1907 and 15 APR 1908. Son of Edmond H. JENKINS, Sr. Married Ethel JOHNS (her first of three husbands).

Edmond appears, aged 2 years, in the household of his parents on the 1910 census of Militia District #676 [sic - should be #675] Upatoie District in Muscogee County, Georgia - shows Edward [sic] H. (40) & Catherine E. (44) JENKINS, who had been married 20 years; Catherine had borne 7 children, 5 of whom were still living and present in the household: Andrew W. (17), Clyde John (15), Fannie May (13), Ruby (7), and Edmond H. (2).

"Edmond H. JENKINS Jr. // Funeral services for Edmond H. JENKINS Jr., 38, produce dealer, who died Saturday night at his home on Buena Vista road, are scheduled for 4:30 p. m. Monday at the Hopewell Methodist church, Ellaville. // The Rev. Robert J. JONES, pastor of the Eastwood Baptist church, will officiate. Bur8ial will be in Ellaville cemetery. // Survivors inclucde his widow, Mrs. Ethel JENKINS; two sons, Edmond H[orace] JENKINS III, and Wayne JENKINS; a daughter, Stella Ann JENKINS; two brothers, A. W. JENKINS, Jacksonville, and Clyde JENKIN[S], Columbus; two sisters, Mrs. J. C. MILLER, Bessemer, Ala., and Miss Ruby JENKINS, Columbus, and several nieces and nephews. // Pallbearers will be Charles SIMMONS, J. E. JENKINS, C. L. JENKINS, W. J.
