"METRO DEATHS...Charlie Ree PARKER // GENEVA, Ga. -- Charlie Ree PARKER, 74, of Geneva, died Tuesday at Doctors Hospital, Columbus. // The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Geneva Baptist Church with burial in Geneva City Cemetery, according to Talbotton Funeral Home, Talbotton. // Mrs. PARKER was born Nov. 11, 1915, in Chattahoochee County, daughter of Charlie C. and Mattie SIZEMORE GALLOPS. She retired from the Geneva/Box SPrings school system as a dietician and was a member of Geneva Baptist Church. // Survivors include her husband, Jim L.; two sons, Jim H[enry] PARKER of Box Springs and C. L. PARKER of Buena Vista; three daughters, Elizabeth PHILLIPS of Geneva, Ermalene PARMER of Talbotton, and Margaret MONASMITH of North Baltimore, Ohio; a sister, Rena ROBINSON of Columbus; a brother, George GALLOPS of Alex City, Ala.; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. // In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Geneva Baptist Church Building Fund."
