Services for Marvin Malford Haley, 77, of 902 West Moore St, will be held as 11 am, Wednesday in the chapel at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Elder Huey Glisson will Officiate and burial will be in Dublin Memorial Gardens.
A Native of West Plaines, Missouri, Mr Haley was the son of the late Joseph and Maude Bolin Haley. He had lived in Dublin since 1949, was a veteran of World War 2, a retired employee of The Carl Vinson Veterans Administration Medical Center and a Baptist. Mr. Haley died Monday at a local hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Price Haley of Dublin; s son, Johnny Ray Haley of Dublin; two daughters, Patsy Thompson and Loree Beacham, both of Dublin; a brother, Virgil Haley of Rader, Wyo., four .grandchildren, Eric Beacham, Shari Thompson, Samantha Thompson and Kip Haley, all of Dublin. Pallbearers will be Harry Hayes, Bobby Burke, Howard Walker, Clinton Thomas, Eric Beacham and Kip Haley.
The family will receive friends from 7-30-9 tonight at the funeral home.
