OBITUARY

Hariette F. Mossburgh Draper, 85, died July 24, 2002 at Cheyenne County Hospital. She was born May 1, 1917 at Concordia, Kan., to William O. Mossburgh and Margaret Mae Doak Mossburgh. They moved to Nebraska when she was a very small child.

She married Charles E. Draper at Ogallala, Neb., Nov. 9, 1936.

She was preceded in death by her father; an infant daughter, Janet Carol Draper; a sister, Evelyn Corrinne Mossburgh, a brother, Loren Keith Mossburgh; a granddaughter Heather Draper; and three sons-in-law.

Survivors include her husband, Charles; her mother, Mae Mossburgh; four daughters, Raythel Lea Reuber of Ludell, Vivian Jones of Lincoln, Neb., Phyllis Bexley of St. Francis, Joann "Jody" Lee and husband, Ray, of St. Francis; two sons; Bill Draper and wife, Sue, of Colby, Robert Draper and wife, Stella, of St Francis; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 27 at the First Christian Church in St. Francis with the Rev. John Bartlett officiating.

Honorary pallbearers were Dale Reuber, Alex Draper, Bobby Lee, Nolan Draper, Shane Jones, Charles Hartman, Gail Lee and Garold Lee. Casket bearers were Kevin Reuber, Billy Lee, Kim Wittstruck, Brian Draper, Neal Draper and John Hartman.

Burial was in the Grace Cemetery in McDonald.

Knodel Funeral Home was in charge of the service.
