Dedicated city letter carrier of the United States Postal Service for 44 years in Nashville, TN. He was going to retire the summer of 2012, but died from complications of cancer (that he didn't know he had) before he could enjoy his retirement. He loved taking his grandkids to the Wilson County Fair. He talked about "This Ole' Boy" on many occasions that we never met. Either he liked you or hated you. First impressions and work ethics meant a lot to him. If you were lazy, he hated you and wasn't afraid to tell you to your face. He was a yellow dog democrat and everything was Bush's fault as he said. If he liked you, he would do anything for you anytime of day or night. No need to have AAA insurance if Danny was your friend. Could fix any household, automobile, or lawnmower problem you had. Cared about your family as if they were his own. Will be missed mostly by CJ & Crabby.
