Ethel was born and raised in North Carolina. She was a daughter of Archie Henry and Mary Sue (Briggs) Powell. Ethel was married 3 times. Her first husband was Alonzo Turner. They lived in Cleveland, OH at one time. After Alonzo's death she married Harry Magill. They lived in Morrisville, Bucks County. After Harry's death in 1959 She married for the final time to Leslie F Kirk Sr. on Jan 11 1976 in Yardley, Bucks County. Ethel and Leslie continued to live in the house in Langhorne until after Ethel's death in 1990. Ethel passed away from the effects of Alzheimer's disease. She had no children by either one of her husbands.
