Barry Monroe was born December 4, 1954, and went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2012.
Barry was married to Markesa Hamilton. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Benson Monroe.
Barry graduated from Shawnee High School in 1972, and graduated from Okmulgee VoTech with a Drafting degree.
Barry was an outspoken person that never met a stranger. Some of his favorite activities were trout fishing at the Illinois River and jet boating at Lake Tenkiller with family and friends.
Barry is survived by his wife; his mother Mary Lou Monroe; sister Linda Monroe and her son Michael Downing; brother Bruce Monroe and wife Jenice; their twin daughters Darla Raglan and husband Josh and son Owen, and Belinda Wiegert and husband Jerid and their daughters Brooke and Emily.
Barry was a good friend to others and had many good friends.
He will be missed by all.
