Daughter of Lloyd Ray and Dorothy (Walker) Minks. She married Donald Billups on September 9, 1955 in Salisbury. She was a 1955 graduate of Salisbury High School. She lived in the Keytesville Community the last 10 years, moving from Fayette where she had lived since 1966. Mrs Billups was a home care aid for Home-Care of Mid-Missouri for 16 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Keytesville.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. July 26th at the First Baptist Church in Keytesville with the Rev. Rick Hall officiating.
