Patsy Ruth Klingman Tustison peacefully passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She was born February 17, 1928 in Binger, Oklahoma to James Franklin Klingman and Lynell Allen Klingman. Patsy graduated from Binger High School. She married James E. Tustison on August 27, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas. They lived in Anadarko where James Jr. was born. They moved to Visalia, California where daughters, Peggy Ann, Carol and Ruth were born. After Patsy's father passed away, they moved back to Oklahoma where son, Charles was born. Patsy was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, filling many leadership positions here, volunteering in the Oklahoma City Temple and serving a mission in the Seattle, Washington area. She enjoyed doing history, traveling to see the family, Church and historical sites and square dancing. Pat loved providing service and was active in County Homemakers Organization.

Patsy is survived by her husband, James of the home; four of her children: Jim Tustison Jr. & wife, Grace of Salt Lake City, Utah, Carol Floyd & husband, James of Tulsa, Ruth Oliphant & husband, Terry of Anadarko and Charles Tustison & wife, Songa of Seattle, Washington; 13 grandchildren: Nick, Clint, Chad, Samantha, Trevor, Jami, Jodee, Jason, Jacob, Erin, Sarah, Judy & Rachael; 10 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Patsy is preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Ann; sister, Myra and parents, Jim & Lynell.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Anadarko. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday at the church from 12:30-1:30. Burial will follow in the Murray Cemetery in Binger, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Anadarko, Oklahoma.
