Pete J. Aldaz, 73, of Columbia, passed away June 1, 2012 at Parkside Manor. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home; with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2012 in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pete was born February 14, 1939 in Center, Colorado to Alfred and Dominga (Nee Archuleta) Aldaz. Pete is survived by one daughter, Laura Auberlin of Columbia; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Hopkins and Anna Diefendorf and husband Rick, all of Columbia; nieces and nephews, Alfred Hopkins and wife Sheryl; Max Hopkins Jr. and wife Daphne; Mary Hopkins-Nichols and husband Lloyd; Paul Hopkins and wife Michelle, Deon Pacheco and Dylan Pacheco; Clarence Aldaz Jr. and Eugene Aldaz, both of Colorado; he also has several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Clarence Aldaz.
