born and raised on the lower mainland, BC - moved to Kitimat,BC in the early 60's employed with the District of Kitimat - very active union member. Later moved to Saskatchewan (approx 1974) and worked in the CUPE Union office in Saskatoon, then worked as an addictions counsellor in Moose Jaw, Sask. He loved Saskatchewan, and the people - all of his family were in BC but considered Saskatchewan as his home. His wishes were to have his ashes buried in the family plot in Ladysmith with his mother, Sara (Ivey) Yearley and grandparents; Richard Ivey & Ellen (Little) Ivey
