Beloved daughter of Mary Sidney Ice and Joseph Pigott. Step daughter of Seth Anias Shinn. I have not found any records showing a formal adoption. While she is listed as Shinn in the 1880 and 1900, she is listed as a Stepv Daughter in the first and daughter in the second.

Death Certificate shows name as Shinn and places death in 1906.
