Carol Alford of St. James [Phelps Co.], MO, was born to Leland and Margaret Hake in Turlock, CA.

Carol passed away on 11/14/09, at age 70.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas Alford of St James. She is also survived by brothers, Doug Hake, Bob (Vicky) Hake of Denair; sisters Linda Stevenson of Hilmar [Merced Co., CA], and Sandy (Allen) of Worland, Wy. Her 3 sons are Clinton Alford, Ken (Dulce) Alford, Scott (Mary) Alford, 3 grandchildren, Kamron, Kyle and Jalyn Alford all of St James, MO.

Carol touched many lives as a wife, mother, grandmother, farmer, nursing home administrator, women's Club leader, 4-H leader, seamstress, and Sunday School teacher.

A memorial service will be held at Rolla Bible Church Tuesday, 11/24/09, at 2:00pm.
