Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. from the Church Street Chapel of Farmville Funeral Home by the Rev., L. B. Manning and the Rev. Bruce Barrow.
Interment will follow in Reedy Branch Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Farmville Funeral Home Saturday and Sunday.
Mrs. Tripp was a member of the Marlboro Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Hilary Rogers, Wilmington, Delaware, Mrs. Lela Robinson, Farmville, two stepdaughters; Mrs. Pearl Joyner RFD Greenville, Mrs. Gregory Helboakie, Grimesland: one stepson Robert Lee Tripp, Sanford; three sisters Mrs. Addie Merritt, Wilmington, Delaware, Mrs. Lona Marslender, Chesapeake, Virginia, Mrs. Thomas Bryant, Keystone Heights, Florida, 10 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
