Bob was born June 3, 1964 in Pensacola, FL. He was a 1982 graduate of Montrose High School. He married Judith A. Force on May 29, 1993 in Swartz Creek. He was an active member of the Grand Blanc Church of Christ.
He had coached youth football, and Boys and Girls Little League. He was an avid sports fan.
Surviving are: wife Judith A. Cooper; father Ronald (Jeri) Cooper of Montrose; three brothers, Gary (Donna) Cooper, Mike (Mary) Cooper, Roger (Sheila) Cooper; step-sister Elisa; step-father, Charles Richmond; mother-in-law, Marylene Force; two sisters-in-law, Linda (Scott) Messinger, Susan Dennis; three brothers-in-law, Ronald Force, Kenneth (Shannon) Force, Daniel Force; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Saundra Richmond, grandparents (William) and (Myrth) Murdock and (Dale) Cooper and (Marie) (Britton/Cooper) Gauthier.
