Albert Armand of Cottonport died on December 21, 1967 at the Cottonport Hospital. He was 84 and a native of cottonport. Funeral rites were held at St. Mary's Assumption Catholic church in cottonport by Rev. Ronald Hoppe and itsgr. Milburn Broussard on December 22. Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport. Survivors are: one son, Wilton j. Armand of Bunkie and one daughter, Mrs. Leo D. Bordelon of Cottonport; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
