Deceased Name: Frances Morrissey

A Mass for Frances Morrissey, 60, of Mission Village, will be said at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in Mission San Diego de Alcala Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. She died Monday in a hospital.

Mrs. Morrissey, a native of Boulder, Colo., moved to San Diego as a child and lived in Decatur, Ill., from 1947 to 1968, when she returned to the county. She retired in January after 16 years with the state Department of Social Services.

She was a graduate of La Jolla High School and a member of the El Cajon Elkonettes and the El Cajon Wandering Elks Group 5.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas; two daughters, Candice and Tammy, and a sister Maxine Stussey, all San Diego; three brothers, Robert Wagner of Cheyenne, Wyo., C.W. Wagner of Sun City, Ariz., and Paul Wagner of New Hampshire; and two grandchildren.
