wife of Benjamin S. Lewis, died yesterday at 9 a.m. in Garfield, Frederick county, after an illness of several years, age 51.
Surviving, besides husband, are Children, Marshie I. Lewis, Foxville; Mrs. Goldie P. Cline, Frederick; Benjamin G. Lewis, Smithsburg; sisters, Mrs. Mary Kuhn, Foxville; Miss Haven Lewis, Foxville; Mrs. Graydon Smith, Lietersburg; Mrs. Hazel Miller, Catoctin Furnace; brothers, Roy, Foxville; Frank, Foxville; Marshall, Wolfsville; and 13 grandchildren.
The body will be taken to the residence tomorrow morning. The funeral will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m., standard time, from the Mt. Bethel Methodist Church, Garfield, with interment in adjoining cemetery.
