Miss Laura was born to the union of Jefferson and Mary Rowe in Emerson, Arkansas, she grew up and recieved most of her education in the South. Miss Laura left the South and came to Muskegon to live out her life, where she married Mr. Fred Brown. Miss Laura attended Zion Blue Lake Baptist Church and served on the usher board until her health failed her. Miss Laura was always helping others and encourageing others to do their very best.
