Daughter of John Leonidas and Adney (Adnie) (Johnson) Horne. The grave marker was installed in recent years to mark her unmarked grave. The cemetery records indicated death in August 1997, but there was no birth date included in the records. Someone edited the memorial providing the birth date as 25 April 1888 most likely coming from a family Bible or other source. The cemetery records also indicated that her father, John Leonidas Horne, died in 1880 which is obiviously incorrect as he was still living in the 1900 Federal Census. John L. Horne most likely died between 1900 and 1910 as he did not appear in the census of 1910.
