H. Richard Whitman, 66, of San Diego, Calif., formerly of Eureka Illinois, passed away Sept. 11. He is survived by his late wife; one son, Frank of Peoria; three sisters, Blanche Burrell of Delavan, Helen Baker and Ruth Turner of Eureka Illinois; and one brother, Frank of Collinsville. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and two brothers, Carl and Robert.
