Henry died in Browneville, Lee County, AL. The name of Browneville was changed in 1889 to Phenix City. Later, Phenix City & Girard were merged and the county line was re-drawn to include all of Phenix City (at that time) in Russell County. The boundary of Phenix City has since grown northward beyond the county line so that part of it is again in Lee County.
