CARTER _ Richard "Dick" James passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 3, 2000 in Surrey, at the age of 46 years, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Survived by his companion, Renee Caruso of Surrey; father, Arthur James (Jim) Carter of Kamloops; sister, Bobbie Carter (Bill) of Halifax; stepsisters, Lynda Carter(Dean) of Abbotsford, Ann Gano (Mike) of Prince George, Gayle Nelson (Mike)of Fiji; stepbrothers, Ross Sexsmith (Penny) of Fort St. John, Mark Nelson (Gail) of Maple Ridge; Todd Nelson (Brenda) of Westbank; aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and many, many friends.
