On February 3, 1946 in Winchester, Kentucky she married Lewis E. Abner, and he preceded her in death in 1992. To this union was born six children, the late Roberta Abner, the late Priscilla Royal, Harold (Laura) Abner, Carlos Abner, Glenn (Pam) Abner, and Pam (Greg) Fiehrer.
She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who retired from Mercy Hospital. She was a past member of Ross Baptist Church.

grandchildren, Ashly, Joshua (Jessica), Elizabeth (Derek), Kimberly (Chris), Jason, Justin, Ryan, Walter (Athena), Angie (Keith), Adam and Alana;
great-grandchildren, Jessica, John, Kelly, Sarah, Peyton, Preston, Brayden, Carsyn, Tucker, Jackson, Ava, Gunner, Sidney, Olivia and Sophie;
great-great grandchildren, Ta'Najah, Jordan, Riley, Amy, Koby, Iden, Priscilla, Allen, Kimberly and William.
She was also preceded in death by
two daughters;
a great-grandson, Tyler;

Funeral service at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue with Fr. Stephen Mondiek of St. Ann Catholic Church officiating. Burial in Millville Cemetery.
