A service for Thomas Washington Ennis, 79, a resident of Ceres 31 years, will be held at 3 pm Wednesday in the Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Lakewood Memorial Park.
A native of Van Buren, Ark., he died Saturday in a local hospital following a long illness. He was a veteran of World War I and a retired maintenance man at the Sharpe General Depot. He was a member of the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church.
Survivors are his widow, Ruth Ennis; sons, Kenneth Ennis of Modesto and Cecil Ennis of Sloam Springs, Ark.; brothers, Wesley Ennis of Bentonville, Ark., and Henry Ennis of Gentry, Ark.; sisters, Pearl Dothitt of Bentonville, Essie Ennis of Gentry and Fannie Sullivan of Medford, Ore., and one grandchild.
