Son of Hinderks Albers Weber and Trientje Wilhelmine Simmering Weber. Sister Margaret (married Harm Eertmoed, Grace's brother).

Former Well-Known Farmer of Timber Township Passed Away, Aged 71 Years
The funeral of Lambert H Weber will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the Second Reformed Church, says the Glasford Gazette. Rev. Denekas will officiate and internment will be in Lakeside cemetery. Friends are asked to omit flowers. Mr. Weber's death occurred yesterday at his home on Charlotte Street, after an extended illness. He was born in Frepsum, Ostfriesland, Germany {near Emden}, April 25, 1850. His marriage, which occurred in Germany, was to Grace A. Eertmoed in 1875. They came to America, coming directly to pekin, and since that time has resided in or near this city. For a number of years, Mr Weber was employed in the wagon and plow shops in this city. Later he took up farming near Pekin, moving to Morton township. He was successful and a numbe rof years ago he purchased a farm in Timber Township, Peoria County, where he resided until he retired from active life and moved back to Pekin. He was a good man an citizen, reliable and straightforward in all his dealings and was held in the highest esteem by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. Tena DeBoer, Pekin; Fred Weber, Havana; Mrs Fannie Beewen, Hanna City; Mrs. Bertha DeWeerth, Trivoli; Henry Weber, Glasford; Mrs. Grace Warner, Allentown; Martin Weber, Glasford, and Harm Weber, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and one sister, Mrs. Marguerite Eertmoed; thirty five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Marguerite Frank and Lammert L. Weber preceded him in death.

Passed away Yesterday--Ill for Some time

Lambert H Weber, a resident of Pekin for many years, died yesterday afternoon at 2:30 at his home, 1014 Charlotte Street, where he had been ailing for some time. Mr. Weber was born at Frepsum, Germany, April 25, 1850, nearly seventy two years ago. he came to this country at an early age and was married to Miss Gretje A Eertmoed on September 14, 1875. She survives him, with the following children: Mrs. Tina DeBoer, Pekin; Fred L Weber, Havana; Mrs. Fannie Beewin, Hanna City; Mrs. Bertha DeWeerth, Trivoli; Henry Weber, Glasford; Mrs. Grace Warner, Allentown; Martin Weber, Glasford; Harm Weber, Cedar Rapids Iowa. One sister Mrs. H. Ertmoed survives him. Mr. Weber was employed at the Smith wagon works for some years, later purchasing a farm in Peoria county, where he lived until eight years ago, when he returned to Pekin. he was a member of the Second Reformed church and had many friends here and in Peoria county, who will regret to learn of his death. The funeral will be held Thurday at 1:30 pm, at the Second Reformed Church. Rev. Denekas officiating, and later internment will be in Lakeside cemetery. Friends are asked to pleae omit flowers.

Lambert H Weber Laid to Rest Yesterday--Other funerals

The funeral of Lambert H Weber was held yesterday afternoon at the Second Reformed church and the service wa attended by many old friends of the deceased. Rev. Denekas conducted the rites and paid a high ttribute to the good life of the deceased. The internment was in Lakeside Cemetery and the pallbearers were Klaus Everwien, Jake DeWeerth, Lambert DeWeerth, Carl Beewen, William DeWeerth and Lammert Beewen.

Funeral services for Richard DeBoer, little son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred DeBoer, was held yesterday at 10:30 a.m. at the Noel Funeral Home by Rev. Denekas of the Second Reformed Church, relatives and friends attending the last rites. The burial was in Lakeside Cemetery. {Note: This child was related to Lammert Weber through his son-in-law Hank DeBoer.)
