Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.p. tomorrow in the Welch-Ryce Associates Chapel by the Rev. Henry Cowie, of the Church of the Open Bible, for Mrs. Gertrude May Galloway, 77, of 1135 Chino St., who died in a local rest home yesterday after a long illness.

Mrs. Galloway was born Dec. 29, 1885, in St. Joseph, Mo. She and her husband, Alfred W. Galloway came to Santa Barbara from Louisiana in 1928. He died here last year.

She was a member of the Neighbors of Woodcraft and a past matron of the local chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include a son, Alfred Galloway Jr. of Santa Barbara, a sister Mrs. Ted Smith of Oakland, two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
