Some know me as Rock of CHAOS. Some know me as Rockadillo of Red Star. My home Faire and Fairemily is Texas Renaissance Festival.

It is with a heavy heart that I must report to you that our brother X (camp master and Chef Xtrordinaire of Red Star) has walked the Rainbow Bridge to Valhalla. He was involved in an auto accident Monday night and has made his transition. Please send out your prayers, your white light and your healing energy to his Ladye Michelle and his children Kyle, Mark and Ariel. Remember and savor the thoughts of him you hold dear, cherish them, and he is with us forever. He would not want us to wail, tear out our hair and rend our flesh in remembrance, but to revel in his honour. He has not passed from us, but walks ahead of us on point, breaking trail into the unknowable beyond for us, to prepare the way for us to follow. And now his resounding belches will shake the meade halls of Valhalla.

A special FB post from Keith 05-05-2014
(the day before his 46th birthday)

When I was growing up, I always had a big brother in the sense that he was older and always 5 yrs older than me always. As a child I would always tell myself that I would like to be the elder sometime, but I always knew that would never come. It use to make me mad, but now I understand life with your passing Kevin... you will always be my big brother. You may have not made it to 46 years in this life on earth, but you will always age in my eyes and all that have known you. So tomorrow I turn 46 years of age, but in my heart and soul, I will always be your little brother. You will always be "5 years" ahead of me in all we do.... I love you for that! I never thought of losing you in this life, and then I was thrust into the reality of it... It scared me and hurt so much. You were my "Big Brother", who was to teach me life... you still do! Even though you never made your time on this life time to 46, I hear by say we did! We will always be one! It's been a hard struggle for me with you gone, but you keep guiding me to the right path of where I need to be. Happy Birthday my Brother and to me! I made it to 46 tomorrow! I hope you keep watching over me to see more to dream about with you! My birthday wish is... you should know.... see you in my dreams to guide me! Love you Kevin.... Keith

Dear X,
Hey sweetie, I just wanted to say thank you. You were the only one who accepted an "outsider" without a second thought, and embraced them as family. I miss your smile every time I think of faire, or ferret, or even the color purple. I hope your smiling down upon us and seeing the paths that are opening and the healing being done, all in thoughts of you. I wish I could have one of your hugs right now, but I'll settle for seeing you next weekend. I love you Brother.

My dearest friend, who was so much like a brother: we survived another year without you. It seems so strange to me that it has been that long. It seems only yesterday that we would hear the rumbling of your truck and look at each other and say"x's here". I can still hear your voice, I still hear your laugh, you are still the last contact in my phone even though i have had several phones since I called it. I miss you so much. My heart hurts every day that you are not here but the void is so much more this time of year. I think it's a good thing even though it hurts. It shows that you mattered and you're not forgotten. I will see you again someday and with that thought I will let sleep take me....
