CADIZ, Ky. — Services for Mike Adams, 43, Cadiz, will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Bates officiating.
Burial will be in Wall Cemetery in Wallonia. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. Thursday until time for the service.
He died at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2008, at his home of natural causes.
A native of Evansville, Ind., he was born March 14, 1964, the son of Lacy Adams, Cadiz, and the late Joan Fox Adams.
He was a mechanic and was a member of the Wallonia Christian Church.
In addition to his father, survivors include two sons, Jon Michael Adams and David Anderson and three sisters, Glenda Boaz, and Reba Miller and Pam Ingram.
