Judge Tol Crawford Is Laid to Rest
Members of The Bar Attended The Service in a Body.
~The funeral of Judge Tol Y. Crawford whose death occurred at Bainbridge Saturday night as announced in the Enquirer-Sun Sunday morning, took place yesterday at 3:30 o'clock from the residence of Judge J. H. Henderson at No. 921 Second venue, Rev. W. A. Cater, of whose church Judge Crawford was a member, conducting the services. The remains arrived in the city from Bainbridge Sunday evening on the 5:20 o'clock Seaboard train and were carried to the residence of Judge Henderson where they remained until the hour of the funeral yesterday.
~The funeral was attended by a large number of Judge Crawford's friends and associates, the members of the legal profession in this city attending the service in a body.
~The pallbearers were Messrs. Eugene Wynn, Henry Struppa, Frank U. Garrard, J.E. Rickerson, Cecil Neill and Judge J.L. Willis.
~Interment was in Linwood Cemetery.
